All sales on the outlet store are final. However, we want you to love and be completely satisfied with your purchase. Chat with us, call or email before ordering and we'll help you with sizing and other questions.

If you are not satisfied with your items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return please contact us at: us@blueseventy.com.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all Outlet purchases. We recommend using a trackable shipping service so you can monitor your package and ensure it makes it back to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your exchange item or store credit. Please note that only product prices are included in any store credit. We do not credit any shipping paid on the original order.

For all wetsuits, tech suits and swim skins, refer to our fit guides to help make sure you've put the item on correctly. We encourage a test swim for all wetsuits as they often feel a bit looser in the water - remember that's where they're designed to be used!
